People with Disabilities are a diverse cultural group that make up about 20% of any country's population. Taking pride in your Disability identity is empowering.  Disability Rights and Justice is more than ramps and closed captioning.  Disability influences architecture, law, technology, education, business, in fact accessibility affects everything. Change happens when oppressed people are proud of who they are. Hiding your disability costs too much. Being ashamed means hiding your talents. Stand up and kick off the chains of ableism and know you are member of an amazing community of people.

We asked 5 people with disability some questions before International Day of People with Disability, City of Sydney
